Maksym Kytsiuk
Anti-Corruption Public Information and Communications Specialist at UNDP Iraq. 
Prior to joining UNDP in Iraq, Maksym worked as Communications Specialist at United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) within United Nations Recovery and Peacebuilding Programme (UN RPP) based in Kramatorsk, Ukraine, and Communications Associate since December 2018. 
Prior to that, as Junior Advisor on Communications and Dialogue at GIZ Ukraine, (June 2017 - December 2018), and then as PR & Communications Specialist in ADRA Ukraine, working in Mariupol and areas alongside the 'contact line' (March 2016 - June 2017). 
From December 2014 to March 2016, he worked as a Head of "Centre "Anticorruption Platform" NGO in Ivano-Frankivsk and as an investigative reporter for the Organised Crime and Corruption Reporting Project. 
Maksym took an active part in local Euromaidan activities, as one of the leaders of students' protests in western Ukraine, as a result of which he was attacked by unknown persons and later underwent long-term treatment and rehabilitation. 
Prior to that, Maksym used to work in the IT-sphere, in Livingston Research Group, as Head of Guerrilla and Viral marketing (August - November 2013) and LevelUP Games, as Online Marketing Manager (March 2012 - August 2013).
Maksym holds a diploma and a Master Degree in Political Science from Vasyl Stephanyk Precarpathian National University, and a graduation certificate from the "Journalists for Future Challenges" joint annual programme of Anne-Marie and Gustaf Ander Centre for Media Studies in Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and the Organised Crime and Corruption Reporting Project.
Maksym is originally from Sevastopol, Ukraine. But after studying in Ivano-Frankivsk and abroad, and after the temporary occupation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and city of Sevastopol, he moved to mainland Ukraine.
